Kelly A. Snizavich, Esquire

Kelly Snizavich leads the Workers’ Compensation practice group of Ahmad Zaffarese LLC.  Ms. Snizavich dedicates her practice to representing employers, self-insured employers, and insurance companies in every aspect of workers’ compensation litigation.  In this role, she handles all aspects of Workers’ Compensation, Civil Service Commission, and Heart & Lung litigation including hearings, settlement negotiations, trial depositions, expert depositions, brief writing, and appellate work.  Ms. Snizavich has represented clients and received favorable decisions before Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Ahmad Zaffarese LLC, Ms. Snizavich served as Assistant Counsel to the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Department of Labor and Industry under the purview of the Office of General Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  In that role, Ms. Snizavich represented the Uninsured Employers Guaranty Fund in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation and collection actions as well as the Commonwealth in disputes related to the Supersedeas Fund.  Ms. Snizavich participated in the Governor’s Office of General Counsel Mediation Practice Group where she conducted mediations on behalf of the Commonwealth, honing her negotiation and resolution skill sets.

Ms. Snizavich is dedicated to her community as a councilmember for the Borough `of West Conshohocken where she resides with her family.
