Sabrina Mercado is an associate attorney in the Public Finance & Special Services Practice group of Ahmad Zaffarese LLC. Prior to joining Ahmad Zaffarese, Sabrina was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for the Honorable Sean F. Kennedy and was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Superior Court of Delaware for the Honorable William C. Carpenter Jr.

Sabrina graduated magna cum laude from Whittier College and earned a Juris Doctor, as a Beasley Scholar, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. During her time at Temple, Sabrina served as a 1L representative for the Latin American Student Association and a mentor for the Women’s Law Caucus. Sabrina was also a certified volunteer for VITA, a legal intern for the Fox Business School’s SBDC, a legal intern for the Temple Legal Aid Office, and a mediator for Philadelphia Housing Court.

Sabrina is passionate about mentoring first generation and underrepresented undergraduate and graduate students. Sabrina enjoys baking and cooking and is a volunteer chef with Lasagna Love.
